second, i don't know if you can still buy good fans for socket A...unless you can try ebay..
im using the thermaltake silent boost volcano 10A with AS5...idle at 33 and load at 45
 
Your best bet for performance is probably the thermaltake big typhoon.

edit - which isn't as noisy as its name might suggest 😛
