I've got a Semperon 2500+ (256kb L2, 7x multi, 1.4ghz, SSE3 and x86-64) I also have a DFI Nforce4-4x mobo with a custom NB cooler (stock one is pathetic), currently clocked to 2.2Ghz 1.45v (bios reads it as 1.39v but I don't trust it) 314HTT. I can't see to get multiplier adjustments in the Bios, but at 7x max who needs them? Going to try for 2.4Ghz once I get a better cooling solution than the all aluminum stock one, I am running AS5 on it so at least that helps.

The 350w Antec ought to be capiable of supplying you enough power. I don't see any large power draws in your setup besides the processor and 9800Pro. And I'm failing to notice any HUGE power draws, like say a 6800Ultra.

I've overclocked my Sempron 2500+@2,1GHz (7x300) on my Epox 8KDA3I rev3.2 on default voltage (bios shows 1,35V), temperature is 31 idle, 35 load. Maybe I'll try to get 2,2Ghz (but 315FSB can be a problem), but now it is enough for me.
