That will add a tab in your NVIDIA display properties menu called 'Clock Frequencies' (i think). 'Inch' up (or crank up) the core and memory speeds until you run stable (or unstable as the case may be). You really can't do anything worse than lock up your machine if you go to high.

If you end up wanting to (or being able to) OC higher than 220/500 you'll need a program like NVMAX or Powerstrip.
