overclocking a celeron d 335

Hey guys,

This may have been discussed, but i cannot find any of it using the search.

So here's my situation, my gf is running celeron d 335 (2.8GHz) on an asus p4s800 (not dual channel) and it really surprises me when the mult is at 21x (i never oc any computer before, still a noob)...lol.... yeah i know the cache is very small, but is it good to oc it? and i notice that the stock hsf is running really warm to the touch, so i will change that as well.

any advices?
