Overclocking 6800GT

Is it necessary to up the voltages or PCI-E clock in order to get better overclocks? I had it at 380/1.03 but kept getting CTD's in BF2.

My eVGA 6800GT in AGP8x is at 415/1130 right now and I'm at stock voltage and everything.

CTD = crash to desktop.
