Overclocking 1 Ghz

I am just starting up witht his whole overclocking sequence. What is the first step to overclocking, and can someone lead me to a site where I can learn some more? I got an alpha hs so, going a little hot isn't a problem. got some articooling grease junk. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Read my post a couple up from yours. A guy named "Bastard" and myself are attempting to get the 1ghz faster.
