I got this deal from GOTAPEX, it's located below AccessMicro's $60 deal. This is what he wrote:
"Personally, this is my memory of choice, the Kingmax TinyBGA PC150 memory, 128mb. This stuff works GREAT. I'm using two sticks in my home system, capable, flexible, and very good for overclocking. It's only $88."

if anyone has this ram and would like to give more info on it please do...on the performance and reliability. THANX

I've read multiple reviews and read posts by people on these boards and have seen nothing negative about written about this ram. It goes 150+ cas2. People really like the stuff. They sell it for $85 at mwave. However, there's sales tax for us poor Cali folk at mwave. If you do a search on Kingmax in the hot deals forum you'll find some good threads.

I have 2 sticks of the Kingmax Tiny BGA RAM running at 164 MHz CAS 2 and I have never had a lockup in the 3 months I have had them in my KT7-Raid. SciSoft FPU memory performance is 620!!! At $88 per 128 MB, you can't go wrong, and the only way to get better performance is to wait for the DDR stuff or pay through the nose for the Rambus (S*CK!) RIMMs.

I have a kt7-raid board and some of this kingmax ram but am unable to get it to run stable @ 149.3 MHz @ CAS 2. What Bank do you have your stick in also what are your settings in your BIOS?

This is the only RAM that I know about that can compete with the Mushkin High Performance REV2 chips. Although I got my REV2 chips for $89 a piece, that was only luck. They really go for $126 a piece for 128MB, so if you want just as good performance for a cheap price I would go with that Kingmax, but if you want a good name and support go for the higher priced Mushkin... Either way you can't go wrong.

C'mon... is that at Cas 2/2/2!?

If so... this is very hot indeed!

as much as I hate it...here is the update from GotApex:

AccessMicro - 128MB of Kingmax PC150 Memory for $84 Plus Shipping!
Cheapest price around for this memory in a time when memory prices are on the rise again. Folks, this memory ABSOLUTELY ROCKS. I'm using 2 in my
own Athlon 1.1Ghz system (I've found Windows 2000 and Windows Millenium like more than 128mb of memory for optimum speed). It works with both
AMD and Intel systems, and MANY people have systems stable at 150Mhz CAS2! BTW, if it still shows up as $88, just clear your cache. ACCESSMICRO

The $79 Kingmax 150 RAM at MWAVE claims to be CL3. Isn't that the same as CAS 3?

YES it is true that the Kingmax tinybga memory is listed as cas3, HOWEVER, almost all of their ram is consistently running at cas2!

cybordolphin

If memory runs at 3/3/2 or 3/2/2 then it automatically defaults to cas3, so, your question regarding whether it runs at 2/2/2, if it's running at cas2, it HAS to be 2/2/2 because it isn't cas2 otherwise =)

You saw what Netma said, he's running this memory at 166mhz, which is truly unbelievable at cas2. While all of their memory probably doesn't do this, it does show you what some of it can do. Apushardware.com tested this memory against the other high end memory (crucial, mushkin, etc) and this was the top memory of all of them in terms of memory bandwidth, with crucial right behind, and mushkin #3. At this price you should do yourself a favor and pick up some of this ram.
