Overclocked Graphics

Just been checking out GTX260s. XFX have two models in a sale,

896MB XFX GTX 260 PCI-E 2.0 (x16), Mem 1998MHz, GPU 576MHz, 192 Cores, 2x DL DVI/HDTV + Tagan Power Forge PCI-E (Single PSU to VGA Surge Protection) - £209.14

896MB XFX GTX 260 XXX, PCI-E 2.0 (x16), Mem 2300MHz GDDR3, GPU 640MHz, 192Cores, 2 x DL DVI-I/ HDTV + Tagan Power Forge PCI-E (Single PSU to VGA Surge Protection) - £243.23

What's the difference? Can the extra cost be justified?

Thanks

Paying 43£ for a simple overclock doesn't look justified at all. You can do that OC yourself and keep those money for a better PSU or something else.
