I've had an E6300 for a couple of years, and have always run it at stock speeds. I recently upgraded my video card to a 4850, and I suspect it might be holding the card back a little bit. So I changed the bus speed from the default 266 to 333. I didn't change any voltages. Now when I try to boot up my computer, it turns on and is running, but the monitor won't display anything as if the comp is turned off. I'm not sure how to fix this.
