I was pushing my card to its limit when it BSOD. Now I can't overclock with rivatuner, evga precision tool, ntune. Also my card is underclocked atm. I have cleared my CMOS like 2348923748932 times and still underclocked what should I do?
Card is a 9600 GT. Here's a pick on what I mean I can't overclock

I unistalled the drivers, uninstalled the overclocking programs, cleaned the registry with driver sweeper + ccleaner. Don't know what to do!
