I was wondering where I could get a very overclockable XP chip from, presumably in America that could be shipped over to the UK.
Something like an AGOIA-Y XP1600+ or so.... I think that is all the rage around here. (im useless at steppings and the whole thoroughbred revisions)
Im thinking of getting one to give me something to do... give this old XP1800+ to my dad who is stuck on a poor 1ghz T'Bird and PC Chips board.
Im not sure whether I can afford a mobo + DDR. Could I use PC2100 DDR in a board that asks for PC2700?
Because I'd get a cheap strip of PC2100 for my dad, give him my XP1800+ and 8KHA+ then keep the XP1600+, Crucial PC2100 and the new mobo for myself. The new mobo must be good, no RAID needed but it must be EPoX, my only need/request.

[EDIT: Any EPoX board with a FSB locker? so i dont overclock my PCI/AGP bus when overclocking FSB? I dunno about a 1/5th divider, id prefer a lock. If EPoX dont have one with a lock, anyone know of a good and cheap board with one that fits my other requirements?]
