overclockability of an m11 (9600 mobility)?

After installing the omega drivers on my 8600 i decided to try ati tool and see what numbers i could get, run 3dmark once and go back to stock. It is showing stock as 332/224, and ati tool got to 400/300+ still running memory tests, which seems insane? Does ati tool actualy work on a mobility radeon, could those numbers be real, going to stop it shorlty run 3dmark and see what happens but not getting artificats or freezeups running ati tool so it seems ok?
 
was able to get to 395/320 for a score of 3500 in 3dmark o3, back to stock now as most of my gaming is done on the desktop.
 
I am using i8kfan, at full load under 3dmark it was hovering around 90f (though it gets to the 70-80's at stock) just in windows it goes from 55 at stock to 61 at 395/320. I realise running at 90+f for any amount of time cant be good for it but i doubt one run of 3dmark would cause any long term problems at seeing 3527 in 03 on a notebook that weighes less then 7 pounds is rather impressive.
