How do you overclock a Tbird? its 1Ghz on an epox 8kta2 in case you dont read my signature.

Look around Anandtech and you'll find some articles. You really have to do some reading on your own to have a good idea about what you're attempting.
 
Just read lots of articles. Tomshardware is geared for ppl on their first overclock a lot of the time (I dont like tom but...). overclockers.com has a LOT of user-submitted articles. Read 10 random ones and soak up some knowledge. There is no magic pill to take.
