Overclock w/ Win2000 Pro-P3V4X

I don't know why I can't overclock my PC....PIII 700 Slot 1 on p3v4x,256SDRAM on Windows 2000 Pro, with win98 before no problem..at all, I'll just change the FSB.....HELP!!! any tips would be great..............thanks
 
Win2K is alot more picky about stability. When I changed to Win2K I had to turn down my FSB 2Mhz or it wouldnt boot. It might be memory, thats what it was for me.
