overclock my 350

Really the best answer is, if you don't know what your doing don't do it! This isn't something that's for everyone there are a lot of issues involved with playing around with the FSB and voltage. There must be hundreds of www pages talking about overclocking try reading them to see if this is something you want to try.

But.... if you must know you'll need to raise your front side bus speed. You don't give us any info in your post about your motherboard so you might not even be able to.

I've got a P2 350 that'll do 504MHz@144fsb on an ASUS P3V4X with the 1004 BIOS. It totally rocks! The only thing is that I have to pull out my P3600E@840MHz to test the P2! 😉

Bartman is absolutely correct. If you DON'T know what your doing, don't attempt, instead, educate yourself about your computer.
In addition, for us to aid you, we need information about your computer ie: motherboard model and version, CPU model number, CPU heatsink installed, current video card, RAM and a few other things.

Good luck!
