over the top re-install of XP pro

I have a machine with a single hd with 4 partitions. I have w2k loaded on the first, Winxp on the second, and Fedora3 on the last 2. I installed them in the order listed. NTloader takes care of the first 2, and Grub for linux.

If I do an over the top install of Xp now, will it screw up my linux install?

Which bootloader is actually in the MBR? If it's the NTLDR, then you probably shouldn't have any problem.
