Over Load

I have a 400W UPS and when playing games, the display for the "Load" maxes out and sometimes the UPS beeps and the "OverLoad" display is shown.

Does this mean that I should get a higher rating UPS? I am thinking of getting a 600W UPS.

Is that a 400W UPS or a 400VA UPS? A 400VA UPS is likely rated 250W max.
