Very fast RAM for $120. However, these RAMs don't OC well; loosing timing and increasing Volt won't do much help, so be warned.

Would these work on a dell 5150 that has a 533mhz fsb. The recommended is a ddr pc4200 but I would rather get these than a generic.

No. PC4200 is DDR2 (240-pin DIMM). These are DDR 184-pin.

Last rebate I had from outpost got denied. I bought ram on the last day of the rebate period...but since I didn't actually have the ram on the last day though, they denied my rebate 🙁

I have the 2X 512 version of these - they won't overclock @ CAS2 but relax them to CAS 2.5 and the'll get up in the 240Mhz range. I haven't tried CAS 3.
