I will give this one a look. I wonder if the backordered stuff from outpo$t will EVER ship or will it be yet another interesting dell NIC deal! This seems hot for 2 reasons. #1 it is stock. #2 although nobody knows anything about this ram the company makes all sorts of other memory products. DDR prices can only go UP for a while. Now that Intel has finally gone to DDR Supply is likely to get shorter every day. I was too stuipid to get in on any of the really hot deals of last fall so now I will pay for good performance. I think whatever ram I don't need will hit the good ole Eb^Y for a nice little profit in a month or 2.
Anyone got any of this stuff? I guess if it's Samsung or Micron chips on there, it should be pretty good. Nanya seems to be doing really good on DDR ram too, much better than when they were doing flaky SDR
I ordered three of those Mushkin "cool" 256mb module from outpost.com
those had been out of stock/backordered forever!!
I still want those "perhaps" high performance mushkin memory'

i grabbed this one when the price was $99 + $5.31 shipping...i ordered it last thursday (1/3) at 11:30PM, processed friday (1/4) morning, delivered on tuesday (1/8) around 2-2:30PM...
(outpost.com in central OH, im in SE PA)
I was so happy when i saw it jumped to $109...cause i had gotten it at $99...had i waited any longer (which i had been doing the past week or 2 with ALL the computer parts i bought for this new computer...) i would have had to fork over another $10...
1) im not an overclocker
2) i havent even opened the RAM yet...im still waiting on buying an 80gig HD for $80 so i can piece this new system together...until i get the 80gig HD, im not opening anything...
i would love to test the RAM out, but i cant without a hard drive with operating system...and the other 3 computers in the house only take pc133 RAM
(i got a K7S5A motherboard for this new computer...picked it up at micropro.com for $58 along with a Chaintech GF3Ti200 $161 and a SBLive Value 5.1 for $29...shipping was $18)
