Can some1 tell me why all of a sudden I cant open urls in outlook? I have to copy the site and paste it to my explorer in order to see it.Im am currently running Windows xp pro with sp2 upgrade Thanks.
 
Are you getting an error message? Is this Outlook or Outlook Express? Do you have a default browser set or did you just install another browser like Firefox or Opera?
 
Sounds like when Firefox was uninstalled it didn't reset IE to your default browser. To change this you can go to Start > Set Program Access and Defaults or you in IE you can go to Tools > Internet Options > Programs and check the box at the bottom that says IE should check if it's the default browser.
 
Start >> Contro Panel >> Internet Options
(at the top TAB) Programs > (check all APPs you use for e-mail and other) from drop-down menus
@ the bottom>> 'IE should check for.... ' make sure it's CHECKed.. and next time say 'YES' to default browser for IE

let me ask you this?? you KNOW 99% of viruses r based on InternetExplorer and Outlook (E) code.. and target those who uses them..
did it EVER cross your mind to seek alternetives?? Netscape (is one, also has e-mail client), Opera (is other), FireFox (i know u didn't like) - but SAFE choise.. and OTHERS
