"Fault bucket 133008865"

And

"faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.4024.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00010c27"

And
"Unspecified Error" when trying to send mail with word as email editor.
Event viewer shows nothing in regard to outlook, but all in all event viewer is looking good.

Please help

Almost every time I have worked on a computer with the "Unspecified Error" message it was either a corrupt install of Outlook or corrupted records in the PST file.

If Outlook won't stay open long enough to do anything, use MS Word or Excel and click on Help>Detect and Repair. Run through the full Office repair process and try Outlook again. If it still keeps crashing, do a search for SCANPST.EXE (click on Start>Search>For Files and Folders>, choose the option to search for "All files and folders", type SCANPST.EXE in the file name box, then run the search). Double-click on any result you get for the SCANPST.EXE file, then click on the Browse button to browse to the location of your Outlook PST file (usually in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook or in your My Documents folder). Click on the Start button to begin the repair process. If you get a response that errors were found, make sure the box is checked to create a backup file, then let the tool repair the errors.

We are not using a PST so to say. We use an outlook connector with the Mdaemon server. So the PST just holds config settings. So will the repair pst still work?
