Outlook takes forever to load

I click on Outlook (Office XP) and it loads up partially but holds there for about 30 seconds and then my inbox pops up and it works normally until I close the program. Next time I start it same thing happens. Any ideas? This is a fairly recent install of Windows (few weeks ago). No other issues with the system (see specs below).

Try turning off the IM integration (it's somewhere in the options), and see if the speed issue is resolved.

That was it. Stinkin' IM. God I hate some of the crapware Microsoft incorporates into Windows/Office. Opens up in a fraction of a second now.
