OUTLOOK - Sharing Calendars and such

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone can tlel me what's needed to use Outlook ona server and let people create calendars and share them between the office and such. Do I just need a shared drive and to set some options or is there more to it than that? I'm not an avid Outlook user and don't really know much about anything other that simple checking of email.
