hi guys,

mu outlook 2002 downloads my mail twice somtimes. I don't leave any mail on the server so I don't know why it is doing this
 
This doesn't happen for me in Outlook 2002, but it does for Outlook Express. For me, this occurs when I set Outlook to retrieve headers as soon as I start the program and I click on the inbox right away causing it to download the headers twice.
 
say for example i open up my email in the morning. I hit send.receive and then it downloads everything twice. Say i leave the window open and hit send receive an hour later , it only downloads things once. WHy would it even download a second copy if things are removed from the server. I really appreciate your help
