I have outlook public folder setup to accept emails, we'll call it pf@xxx.com

So pf@xxx.com forwards to a few users's inbox because iphone or droids can't read public folder emails or reply to them.

So in outlook, I can't find a function to delete pf@xxx.com emails automatically, i dont think such function exist in outlook, is there an addin that someone wrote that can delete emails by email address and date ? ie find all the pf@xxx.com in your mailbox older than 60 days and purge ?

Thanks

I don't think previous versions of Outlook had time based rules, but Outlook 2013 does have retention policy rules such that you could set up email that was sent to pf@xxx.com set retention policy of 60 days. Then after 60 days it should delete it on its own.
