Outlook Problem

Last night I created an email account for our daughter, first at att.net, and then added it to Outlook 2013. Subsequently my own email account stopped working. ATT's server wouldn't recognize my logon info and I'd get one of two error messages....either something like "longon info incorrect", or "attempt to connect to server interrupted". I am able to sign onto my email account at att.net without a problem, but not via Outlook. I've tried changing the password, double checked settings, and deleted the account which I can't now re-define because the logon fails during the account setup in Outlook. My daughter's account continues to work fine however. Can someone suggest what happened here? Thanks.
