Outlook Pro issue

I have an issue with Outlook Pro installed on my main PC that is not recognizing contacts. They are all there, but when I try to send an email, and I select "to" the contacts dialogue box shows up empty.
 
You need to right click contacts in the main outlook window, go to properties, then hit the tab about the outlook address book. There should be a checkbox there you can enable to allow you to do what you want.
