Outlook printouts

Hello, I am having issues with a user that is using outlook 2010. When she prints an email, it prints a page that says "Microsoft Outlook - Memo Style OUTLOOK.EXE", then a blank page, then the email. I cannot find an option in outlook that disables this extra 2 pages. I have looked through options but cannot find the right answer. Thanks!

There is no option to set per se. But it can be done thru selective page printing using Print Preview as described in this link.
