Outlook Junk Email Filter Lists?

Is there any kind of Outlook junk email senders list that you can import to Outlook? Or maybe copy and paste into the junk email list?

Just wondering. I am sick of Right Click -> Add to Junk Sender's List. 😀

Each time you download your e-mail, the system automatically checks your e-mail against the SPAMfighter database of known spam messages. If a message is identified as spam, the message is automatically moved to the Spam Folder.
