Outlook + iCloud = potentially enormous mess

I would recommend that anyone thinking of using Apple's iCloud feature with Outlook should take precautions particularly with regard to their contacts list (as well as before and after removing iCloud).

I'm just sorting out the second mess I've encountered due to iCloud.

Thanks for the heads up. Personally, I avoid anything I do not control locally. I trust no one's cloud.

I was trying to help someone with iphone / icloud syncing and they use Outlook as well.
Was never able to get the contact lists to sync so i just ended up going with the built in mac contacts program. It sucks that it isn't more compatible!

Aptly put, enormous mess, that also has been my experience with Outlook and icloud.
