how do i make outlook ask for one password for all the accounts i have in the begining?? i don't want people to read my e-mails unless i supply that password.

File -> manage identities -> select main identity and choose properties, then check the password box. You create a password, then go back to file and choose switch identity and log off identity. Next time you start it will prompt you for a password.

Note, every time you close OE, you must go to file -> switch identities and log off in order for it to prompt for the password.
