Please can anyone tell me how to transfer my messages and settings, i.e. stored messages, file system and message rules, to either Outlook express or Outlook on my new machine?
 
File => Import and Export. Then click on export, and choose how and what you want to export. Make sure you note what format you export it in, as you will need to know that when importing the files back into outlook.
 
Thanks Cheesepoofs, I'll give it a go. I didn't think that I could do all that I wanted via export.
