Outlook Express using Windows 95

I have a friend who used to be able to print email from Outlook Express. He's using Windows 95. Now he can no longer print email. I've looked around at the options settings, etc. and can't figure it out. Everything else will print (as long as the printer, a Lexmark, recognizes the font).

Can anyone here help?
