Here is a summary of what happened.

Old computer died, built new computer. Old computers hard drive is ok, and a secondary drive on new computer. Cannot boot to old drive in new computer. My old drive has my outlook express contacts, and e-mails I need to get to, but how can i transfer them without booting to the drive that has outlook installed.

If your using Win2k/XP, your Outlook express data is located at:

"driveletter"\Documents and Settings\"your login name"\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{"bunch of letters and numbers"}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Just browse to that location on your old drive and copy all the files to the same location on your new drive.
