Outlook Express Links Open Blank Web Pages

For no apparent reason, when I click on a hyperlink in an Outlook Express 6, it only brings up a blank page. It happens everytime not occasionally or anything. Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is typical. I don't know the "technical" explanation for it but the solution is to highlight the link and copy it and paste it into a new window. It is probably putting up http://http://www.insertlinkhere.com and thats why it wont open. Just a guess though.
