I have a new computer running XP. I set up 3 mail boxes and identities. The box for remember password is shaded out but is clicked. Evertime I change to a new identity (mailbox) it asks for my password for that box. I went to tools-accounts-mail-properties-servers. In servers tab I check the box for save password and enter the password and apply. I go to my 3 boxes and all 3 still ask for my password. I go back to tools-accounts-mail-properties-servers and lo and behold the password is gone. I have repeated this process 3 times entering the password and each time it dissapers. Any help?? puleeease ,, All I want to be able to do is to check all 3 email boxes without haveing to enter a password each time the password prompt box shows up.
