Outlook Express Issue

I'm at work and people seem to be having problems deleting e-mails from their in-box. They'll click the delete button but nothing gets deleted.

The last time this happened, i just backed up the e-mails they really needed and went into the outlook folder and deleted the inbox file..

But now they all seem to need all of their e-mails and I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with this or know of any potential way of fixing this issue.

Thanks in advance!

Do these computers have updated antivirus software?

Also, disable OLEXP from downloading attachments, and this may fix the problem. When the preview pane in OLEXP is used, and OLEXP allows attachments to be downloaded, it can take forever to delete stuff becuase OLEXP is trying to download attachments.

this happens sometimes if theres a limit to the size of your trash folder and its already full so you cant delete any new messages.

but anyways outlook express is like the single most bug-ridden program ever created you shouldnt really be using it... :p
