Outlook Express Help

Aight, I wanted to know how do I set up an Inbox tree, so every name gets their mail in their folder, I'll give an example.

INBOX
NoreCNN (2) = How many mails
NoreCNN2 (3)
Etc.

Is their any way to do this cause i want to separate my different e-mail addresses so my girlfriend doesn't get confused. (Even though she has her own damn comp, but that's not the point)

Thanks,
Nore

Just create the folders the way that you want them (click on File, New, New Folder) and then create message rules (Tools, New Message Rule) to have the mail automatically go to the folder you want it to be in. You can create message rules based on the sender's name, the senders address, the subject, text within the message, or any combination of these options.

Any new mail will automatically be placed according to your message rules, and the folders 'tree' window will show which folder has new messages and will also tell you how many new messages there are...

(I'm not currently at a computer with Outlook Express, so I apologize if the menu options aren't exactly correct, but I'm fairly certain that I have them right.)

OR OR OR

you could set up different identities so that she could click her name and get her mail and not be able to read your mail!!
