When I tried to check e-mail this morning, I got the following error:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop-server.houston.rr.com', Server: 'localhost', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

What does this mean and what would be the most likely fix for it?
