Outlook Express and Japanese/Asian Languages - Help

Got a small issue here. I'm running the US Win2K SP3 with the latest version of OE and all of the subjects that are written in Japanese are truncated. The Japanese messages display perfectly however the msg subjects are all mangled. Is there a setting in OE that fixes this? It's always been like this and it never bothered me much until now. Thanks in advance.

In Regional Options under Control Panel, you need to set your Locale as Japan.

Also, hit the Default button, and select System Locale as Japan (although this does have some funny effects on the system, so beware).
