Outlook Express 6 import/export problems...

For the life of me I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong here. I'm running XP Pro Outlook Express 6. I can import e-mail folders back and forth between OE identities no problem. I can't export anything. I keep getting the following error message:

The export could not be performed.

An error occurred while initializing MAPI.

I'm thinking I must be doing something wrong as I get the same message on three different XP Pro machines when I try to backup OE 6 e-mail identities.

Please help!

I've always gotten the same error on my XP pro machine every time I reformat. I don't really expect to be able to backup email anymore, but I try each time anyways.
