Outlook Email notification

Does anyone know how to get Outlook or Outlook Express to pop-up a message telling u that you have new mail?

Outlook:
Tools>Options>Email Options>Check Display a Notification Message when New Mail Arrives. Also, you can go to Advanced Options under email options and check play a sound, show envelope in systray and change mouse cursor.

Outolook Express:
Tools>Options>General>Play sound when message arrives
