outlook and OE contacts

My office is moving, and have 8 computers, half running OE the others running Outlook. I would like to combine everyones email contacts to one complete set to do a mass mailing of the move.

Is there an easy, or even a difficult way of doing this? I would even be willing to export them to an ascii file and sort it to make the contacts, then import them into a clean contacts list.

Any ideas?

Outlook Express 6:
/File/Export/Address Book/Text File (CSV)

Outlook 2003:
/File/Import and Export..../Export to a file/Comma Separated Values (Windows)/Contacts/ etc....

Load all the lists into Excel. Sort them by last name or whatever. Delete the duplicates. Re-import the list into somebody's Outlook and send the mail.

Alternatively, you could try to import all the CSV files into a single Outlook Contact folder and tell Outlook to NOT allow duplicates. You'll still have to manually review the results.

An Exchange Server (part of Small Business Server 2003) would allow the entire office to share a single company-wide Contact list, so everyone has access to identical information.
