Is there anyway to specify in the Contacts window of Outlook that it should show the fields for which there is data? By default it always shows the same fields for every contact, regardless of what fields that particular contact uses. So if I want to personalize what fields are used I have to manually change every contact. Is there a way around this? Thanks
