Foxmail is pretty good, but (correct me if I'm wrong) I think you're only allowed to send email through one account. Another decent email client is Pegasus. Right now I'm using the Mozilla email client. I like how it handles multiple email accounts. I don't have to mess with message rules to get different accounts to download into different folders.
