Outlook 2013 only downloads past three weeks of e-mail instead of all

Connected my @hotmail.com account, but all folders (inc. Inbox and Sent) only go as far back as "Three Weeks Ago".

Windows Live Mail downloaded it all.

Any ideas?

Most email clients have an option to download all mail from 2 weeks back, 3, etc. Look in the options or Google for such an option.

From Outlook,

File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings

Select your account and click Change

Offline Settings, Mail to keep offline: slide the slider all the way right.
