Outlook 2007 Rule

In Outlook 2007 how do I do a rule that will do the following.

1) At around 4:00 PM everyday
2) Send a file called document.doc to my home email account of ABC@DEF.COM

That's it, but can't seem to get Outlook to do this? Can someone give me step by step instructions?

I'm running Windows 7 with Outlook 2007. I'm NOT running Outlook Express.

Thanks

That's probably beyond the scope of Outlook rules. If you need to get a daily updated copy of a file consider using a service like Dropbox.

Yea, I don't think Outlook rules can be fired off on a schedule. A simple script with something like Blat would probably work.
