Outlook 2007 Launching Issue

For some reason , outlook 2007 refuses to load , I click on the icon nothing happens. I tried the office repair that didn't helped either.
 
Does it work if you launch it from Start, Programs ? ?
If so, delete the shortcut from the deskstop and make
a new shortcut .. it may just be bad.
