Outlook 2007 issue

Hi all, on my desktop Outlook 2007, I download my work emails via outlook.office365.com and send emails via smtp.office365.com. The advanced settings are as per the image here. I am sending and receiving emails, with apparently no issues, but since working from home like this, I do now occasionally find out that some people have emailed me and it's not been received by me?

Any help really appreciated.

Chris.

Aaaargh, just tried to attach images, and couldn't find the attach button - is there one?

If you check you email on the web through office 365, are the emails that you didn't receive through Office 2007 listed there?

Thanks for coming in here on this. Yes they are. Most of the incoming emails do appear in my Outlook 2007, but not all, however, they all do appear online in office 365. When starting Outlook 2007, I do get the small dialog box, saying Internet Security warning. The sever you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. It then gives an option to view the certificate, then, on the same dialog box, it says Do you want to continue using this server, I click on yes, then Outlook 2007 starts up.

Thanks, where was the 15 buttons from the left?
A picture is worth.....

I don't believe official support for office 365 goes back that far.

Let me ask you this - how many office subscriptions do you get with your office 365? I get five, but it depends on what plan your company is paying for.
