I was setting up a meeting with one of my coworkers and I noticed that I could see all his meetings in the scheduling assistant. Normally, it would just block out the time when they have a meeting but for some reason I'm able to see what meeting they are.
I don't think is normal cause everyone else is the former where the time is just blocked out and I can't tell what the meeting is.
Is there an option on outlook 2007 that enables/disables this?
